Our position

MateFinder strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or attempt related to child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). We apply a zero-tolerance policy and cooperate with authorities when required by law.

What is prohibited

• Any sexual content involving a minor, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual contact.
• Solicitation, grooming, blackmail, coercion, or requests for intimate content.
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting illegal content or links to such content.
• Any behavior intended to exploit, harass, or endanger a minor.

Prevention and moderation

• Ability to block/hide users.
• In-app reporting and manual review when necessary.
• Possible actions: content removal, restrictions, suspension, or account deletion.

How to report

If you see concerning content or behavior in MateFinder, report it from the app (where available) or contact us at contact@matefinder.app.

If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
