Minimum age
MateFinder is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under 16 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
Strictly prohibited: harassment, threats, illegal content, spam, fraud, impersonation, bypassing security, non-consensual explicit sexual content, or any form of discrimination. Respect other users and the platform rules.
Account and content
You are responsible for your account and content (profile, photos, messages). You agree to provide accurate information when registering. In case of abuse, MateFinder may restrict access, suspend, or delete an account without notice.
Groups and conversations
Conversations and groups are intended for exchanges between players. Any attempt at phishing, malicious links, abusive data collection, or harassment is prohibited.
Moderation
Reports may be reviewed to fight abuse. Actions may be taken (warning, restriction, suspension, content or account removal). MateFinder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Availability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability. MateFinder may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without incurring liability.
Intellectual property
The name, logo and graphical elements of MateFinder are the property of their respective authors. Content you publish (photos, text) remains yours; you grant MateFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the scope of the service.
Deletion
You can delete your account from the app (Settings) or via the Account deletion page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the competent courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
